As with everything in the world, literary expertise never comes by accident.
Author's Margin offers enrichment of one's understanding of the written word through tangible paraphernalia (I love that word) and humorous commentary on the authentic, down-to-earth, and boring aspects of writing. Whether you're persevering for that blessed 'The End,' want to see what goes on in the highly romanticized 'writer's shed,' or simply looking to snag a quick break from the junk mail stuffed in both your digital and physical mailbox, Author's Margin exists to provide enjoyment, entertainment, and enhancement of day-to-day life.
Want to peek in on the daily routine of a writer? The Postscript is a biweekly newsletter that commentates the humorous side of writing while providing insights for readers to better understand their current reads. Additionally, all subscribers are the very first to hear about any and all upcoming product unveilings.
I couldn't tell anyone the first book I ever read (it was awhile ago), but I believe that is irrelevant. I also could not tell anyone when I first began writing stories (also a long time ago), and that might be slightly more relevant, but I don't remember. But what I do know in the tangible present is that I have spent multitudinous hours researching how to write, what to write, and doing the writing itself; that having stored up this wealth of knowledge practically to bursting, I must now provide myself a means of sharing it. Maybe there's a writer out there who would love to stumble across a space dedicated to the bookish. Perhaps there's a reader out there who is interested in what goes on behind the pages and between the lines of a book to get it into this beautiful form of thousands of words that unite cohesive and coevally.
Whatever the consumer's motive, Author's Margin's remains the same: to provide clean, quality products that enhance the literary experience.
